We allow returns of defective merchandise for 15 days from purchase date from invoice. It is an unfortunate fact that defectives occur and we appreciate that we as the seller of these products should be responsible for making sure they are as perfect as the manufacturer intended when we sell them. Should you receive an item from us that is opened, damaged, incorrect, not ordered, or defective on arrival we will of course accept it back for credit or replacement at our discretion.
If the customer did not like the product
Due to piracy almost every reseller including big box stores has adopted the policy that if it is opened it may not be returned.
Bottom line is you will be treated right, expect nothing less!!
